Pharmatech Announces Site-Centric Approach

(Denver, Colorado) – February 14, 2003 – Pharmatech, the only Research Management Organization (RMO) in the pharmaceutical research industry, announces a new site-centric model. The purpose of developing this approach is to better provide customer service in a more personalized manner to Network members involved with Pharmatech.

The Company made its decision to develop this new site-centric approach in order to ensure continuous support for the Research Network membership. “With the Site-Centric approach, we have developed a unique role of hybridizing the services of a Site Management Organization with those of a Contract Research Organization. The Pharmatech philosophy states that if we can deliver valuable services to our Investigative sites that will augment or help create physician practices' internal research programs, then we have a powerful commodity to market to the pharmaceutical industry for running clinical trials,” says Alex Peck, Network Development Manager.

The company assigns every practice within the Pharmatech Research Network a Pharmatech representative to be the single point-of-contact for information pertaining to studies, grants, training, Network benefits and all other Pharmatech related business. The primary goal for this approach is to better understand each site’s research program needs so that the company can respond appropriately and in a timely manner.
