Pharmatech Management Team Solidifies Personnel Foundation for Operational Excellence

(Denver, Colorado) –May 4, 2005 – Pharmatech, a Research Management Organization (RMO) within the oncology field of the pharmaceutical research industry, is pleased to announce the hiring of two new executives to the management team. Anders Malm is the new President and Dale Coykendall is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Anders Malm and Mr. Dale Coykendall will provide a solid management foundation to support and build the company structure based upon their roles at Pharmatech.

Anders Malm joins Pharmatech as the President after spending many years in Europe working in the positions of President and CEO for various companies that conduct business in international environments. At Pharmatech, Anders will utilize his past career experience in the life sciences industries, including clinical research, to enable Pharmatech to reach operational excellence.

Dale Coykendall brings over 30 years experience in public accounting and finance to his position as CFO. His financial career began in large, nationally recognized CPA firms. After over twenty years with CPA firms, Mr. Coykendall decided to utilize his financial expertise to work as a contractual CFO for various companies, including a large, private oncology practice management service organization. With his many years of finance and accounting, Mr. Coykendall will substantiate growth and profitability for Pharmatech.

Mr. Anders Malm and Mr. Dale Coykendall join Dr. Matthew Wiener, founder and CEO and Mr. Eric Lynam, Vice President, Research and Development, to make up a fourperson management team. The team’s focus is to make the management foundation a stronghold in order to meet the daily operational goals of the company. Matt Wiener states “both Anders and Dale have experience in the health care industry that will provide value to Pharmatech’s growth and expansion.” Within the next 5 years, the operational targets within the field of oncology clinical research include further development of the clinical network, development of innovative data capture systems, and substantial growth.
